This is a role designed for someone eager to grow professionally, build strong commercial foundations, and develop expertise in B2B sales of digital HR solutions in a structured, high‑impact environment. Working closely with senior sales colleagues, marketing, and customer success teams, you will progressively take ownership of commercial activities, from prospecting to client relationship management. In particular, you will: Support commercial development and new client acquisition in the Swiss market Manage prospecting activities and generate new business opportunities Understand client needs and propose tailored HR tech solutions Support negotiations and sales processes alongside senior sales team members Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and key stakeholders
