Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects who have stayed at a Westgate location resort ( i.e. renters, exchangers, owner referrals who toured and did not buy or did not tour ) and VOA members ( Used & Expired ) via video conference to present a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships first time buyers.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up communications in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a minimum 90-day average net volume of $33,000.
  • Follow up with First Time Buyers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Take a minimum of Two (2) virtual tours per day.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales (virtual sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools and online sales platforms
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable with video calls and other virtual communication tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three to six months 6 months of Timeshare or other Sales related experience.
  • Florida Real Estate License
