- Support the development of a site-specific training matrix in coordination with the Ontario division training group, aligning with existing systems and ensuring training requirements are clearly defined, assigned, and maintainable.
- Document HSE procedures and supporting documentation tailored to work areas and activities

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant industrial or laboratory HSE experience
- Strong knowledge of Ontario OHSA and applicable regulations
- Familiarity with Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) processes and Ontario Internal Responsibility System (IRS) principles
- CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional) preferred

ERM is hiring a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to support our key mining client in Mississauga, Ontario . The HSE specialist will establish and implement the core HSE program elements required to close identified gaps and achieve compliance with applicable Ontario legislation, while supporting the continuous improvement of HSE performance across laboratory, process development plant, and supporting operations. This is a hybrid (onsite 2-3 days per week) full time (37.5 hours per week) limited-term role with a duration of 12 months, extendable .
