Computer Technical Person

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform system upgrades, software installations, and updates
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware problems
• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues
• Configure email accounts, internet connections, and antivirus software
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Ensure data security and system backup procedures are followed
• Support basic network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
