Requirements
- Diploma/ITE educated in hardware/software engineering
- 1+ year of technical support experience
- Able to work in a 24x7 shift (including overnight shifts)
- Able to troubleshoot and maintain Windows PCs, M365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VDI, VPN etc.

Role and Responsibilities: Incumbent will work in two rotating shifts of 12 hours - including night shifts (as required) Handle hardware and software first level incidents and queries Follow established guidelines/processes for escalation Provide technical support for computer hardware and software Responsible for installing hardware and computer peripherals on user's systems Provide IT support to users and patrons Work on monthly and weekly patching processes Coordinate with end users for patching
