Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of management principles and techniques, including delegation and staff supervision. Proven experience in program management and food service operations. Ability to follow instructions, operate basic equipment, and utilize cleaning tools. Ability to perform multi-step tasks, prioritize work, and exercise sound judgment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning procedures. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial accountability. Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend. Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate. Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 background check. Willingness to adhere to uniform requirements. Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
