Team Description: The Regional People Team works with the Group President, Regional leadership, and Local leadership (across Asia and LATAM) closely to design and manage company-wide people strategy and transformation guidelines and initiatives. This role will be part of the Learning & Development (L&D) team within the Regional People team; L&D team plays a pivotal role in cultivating a learning culture, developing high-performing leaders and teams, as well as organising top-priority company-wide leadership summits. Job Description: Shape overall leadership development strategy by integrating best-in-class leadership development thinking and emerging approaches (esp. AI application) Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs across different leadership levels across Asia and LATAM Conduct leadership diagnostics and translate business needs into targeted development interventions Own end-to-end leadership programs, ensuring high-quality execution while continuously improving program design, learner experience, and overall effectiveness
