About the role
The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to attorneys. Responsible for drafting legal documents, maintaining staff calendars, scanning and copying documents, scheduling hearings and court appointments, processing mail, tracking case communications and deadlines, and conducting case analysis for data collection. Assists with fulfilling all statutory, constitutional and ethical obligations of the District Attorney's Office. Requirements
- 1 year of work-related experience.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certificate.
- Note an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
