Responsibilities

  • Own product portfolios end-to-end - act as the "CEO of the category" with full accountability for portfolio performance, lifecycle management, and long-term growth.

  • Track category performance and success metrics, using insight to continuously optimise portfolio mix, pricing, and channel strategy.

Comfort operating as a category owner, balancing portfolio offerings, regulatory requirements, and commercial performance. Analytical and insight-led approach, using market, customer, and team insights to inform strategy and prioritisation. Clear communicator and educator, credible with clinicians, procurement teams, sales leaders, and senior executives.
