Quality Assurance Assistant Manager (ISO 9001)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO9001 standards
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
• Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Manage customer complaints, including investigation, resolution, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as 8D and PDCA
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Support quality inspections, process validation, and product quality assurance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Hands-on experience with ISO9001 standards and quality management systems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in semiconductor, chemical, or advanced manufacturing industries is an added advantage
• Knowledge of semiconductor back-end processes (e.g., assembly, packaging, testing) is an added advantage
• Experience in continuous improvement or quality improvement projects is an added advantage
