Lead Resident Technical Officers (HDB HIP)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the site supervision team to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and HDB requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, safety, progress, and workmanship.
• Attend site meetings with HDB, consultants, contractors, Town Council, and other stakeholders.
• Carry out joint inspections and site walks with the Project Director (PD), consultants, and HDB officers.
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays, defects, and non-compliance issues for timely resolution.
• Review and maintain site records, reports, inspection checklists, and project documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise handover inspections and completion of outstanding works.
• Provide guidance and supervision to RTOs and ensure consistent site standards.
• Attend to residents' feedback, complaints, and site-related issues when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the assigned by HDB and consultants.
• Requirement:
• Registered RTO (Resident Technical Officer) certification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supervision of Civil & Structural (C&S) or Architectural works
• Preferably experienced in HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects
