About the role

[What the role is] You will provide administrative, operational and logistics support to the Communication & Outreach (C&O) Department. This role supports departmental administration and finance matters, oversees the Ministry of Education (MOE) Applied Learning Modules (ApLM) programme for NYP, and contributes to streamlining processes within the department to improve work efficiency. [What you will be working on] Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for C&O, including coordination, documentation, records management and logistics. Track and manage C&O's budget utilisation, including monitoring commitments and expenditures, maintaining budget trackers and preparing budget updates and reports. Coordinate and oversee MOE's Applied Learning Modules (ApLM) programme for NYP, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment to programme requirements, timelines and accurate submission of required reports. Support programme administration for ApLM, including scheduling, coordination, documentation and tracking of deliverables. Review, standardize and improve C&O administrative workflows and templates, mapping existing processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and implementing streamlined SOPs to enhance consistency and clarity. Support follow-up on departmental actions, reporting requirements and compliance matters. [What we are looking for] Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications or a related discipline. At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative operations, programme coordination or similar roles. Experience in budget tracking, reporting and working with multiple stakeholders is preferred. Good organisational and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage information, budgets and processes systematically Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team Proactive, organised and resourceful #LI-Onsite
