About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY As Head of Field Sales, North Spain, you will lead regional sales performance by translating national strategy into effective local execution. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable commercial results while creating an environment where Field Managers and Business Managers can perform, grow, and take ownership. Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross‑functional partners, you will balance strategic planning, disciplined execution, and inclusive people leadership. ABOUT YOU You are a sales leader who combines commercial judgement with a strong people focus. You are comfortable operating in complexity, using data to inform decisions, and adapting your leadership approach to different contexts and individuals. You lead through others rather than doing everything yourself, and you value clear communication, fair decision‑making, and continuous learning. You take responsibility for outcomes, consider long‑term impact, and create the conditions for teams to succeed in a sustainable way.
