Ready to take the next step in your career? 1、设备操作及调试：（注塑机与辅助设备调试稳定生产，过程异常分析及改善）2、生产管理:(根据排产计划执行生产、模具换型、原料更换、工艺调试相关辅助设备调整，稳定生产；使用MES系统按规定程序扫码上传；协助生产领班确保生产计划顺利完成） 3、模具及设备维护保养：（完成当班的模具及设备的日常维护与保养，确保其运转正常；负责生产机台区域内的6S维护及日常点检；预防性的备件管理及申购） 。4、工艺管控：（制定注塑工艺参数；在工艺窗口范围合理调整，控制生产周期、保证成型质量、提高生产效率；管控不良品的发生，对不良原因进行合理分析及时处理并跟进，及时记录变更内容并上报主管，通知品质人员） 5、现场管理：（ 随时对生产设备状态 进行巡视及时发现及时解决； 对工作现场不合理的地方加以改进） 6、其他职责：认真做好交接记录，传递正确完整的工作交接信息；下班前检查现场确保整洁，工具不丢失并摆放到位；危险化学品规范存放；对问题设备及时上报维修）。 What Do We Offer at Frencken IMS?
