About the role

You may qualify at the NH -04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the (NH-III or GS-13) grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector) that demonstrates your ability to developing, establishing, and overseeing enterprise-wide transportation, distribution, and traffic management policies, directives, and planning rationales. Overseeing national-level compliance and strategies for complex, highly regulated movements, including Customs, ground freight, Category Management, and the security and safe transport of Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E). Representing the organization as the principal authority in high-level joint, interagency, or internal working groups to resolve complex global surface transportation and distribution issues. Providing executive oversight and policy governance for enterprise-level logistics information technology systems, third-party payment systems, and other surface transportation programs. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
