Accounts Payable Oversight and Inventory Control Leader

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 4-6 years of experience managing accounts payable and inventory control within a hardware manufacturing environment.
• Industry Acumen : Practical knowledge of solar components, raw metals, electronics manufacturing, or large-scale capital infrastructure projects.
• Technical Mastery : Advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and automated AP software (e.g., ZipHQ).
• Core Competencies : High attention to detail, strong data analytics skills, and the agility to navigate a fast-paced, hardware startup environment.

The Accounts Payable Oversight and Inventory Control Leader will bridge the gap between corporate finance and factory-floor supply chain operations. You will fully own the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) automated process in ZipHQ, managing critical component vendor relationships while supervising physical inventory control, materials tracing, and manufacturing cost variance. Your goal is to maximize working capital efficiency, eliminate engineering and manufacturing department's P2P bottlenecks, and enforce rigorous financial controls as we scale hardware production. This role is based at our headquarters in Miami, FL. Relocation to Miami, FL is required, and relocation assistance will be provided.
