- Expert-level proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) and rendering tools (Redshift or equivalent)
- Figma and Adobe XD
- Expertise in the design and execution of 3D motion graphics , from style frames through final compositing for broadcast.
- Proficiency in Adobe Firefly and AI-driven generative tools , leveraging emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows and content development.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering workflows .
- Strong motion design skills, including timing, easing, camera movement, and depth .
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without compromising standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish , with the ability to clearly present creative ideas.
