JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Educator is responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting healthcare professionals within a clinical setting. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, providing guidance and support for ongoing professional development, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Type: Full Time (40 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits) Typical hours for this position: Days, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Education: - Bachelors Degree in Nursing- required Certification & Licensures: - Registered nurse in the state of Missouri- required BLS Certification- required Obtains American Heart Association instructor status within 6 months of hire and maintains every 2 years- required
