What You Can Expect : Business Development and Sales Support Support business development initiatives focused on project logistics opportunities across the Air & Ocean division. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, customer requirements, and market trends within the project logistics sector. Assist in developing customer proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial presentations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business partnerships. Contribute to achieving sales targets, revenue objectives , and business growth initiatives. Customer Relationship Management Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders related to project logistics activities. Understand customer operational requirements and support the development of customized logistics solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive service support. Coordinate customer meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions. Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence. Pro ject Coordination and Operational Alignment Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of project logistics activities. Support coordination related to specialized cargo movements, multimodal transportation, and shipment planning. Ensure alignment between customer commitments, operational capabilities, and project timelines. Monitor project progress and support issue resolution and operational escalation management. Contribute to process improvements focused on operational efficiency and customer experience. Market Intelligence and Commercial Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within project logistics and freight forwarding sectors. Support commercial analysis, business reporting, and pipeline management activities. Identify opportunities for market expansion, service diversification, and strategic customer engagement. Assist in maintaining accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and business performance reports. Provide market insights and operational feedback to support strategic decision-making. Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations, finance, customer service, procurement, and project management teams to support business objectives . Ensure effective communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with transport partners, vendors, shipping lines, and logistics providers where required . Support leadership teams in customer engagement and commercial planning activities. Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment across teams. Compliance and Governance Ensure adherence to organizational policies, commercial governance standards, and operational procedures. Support compliance with transportation regulations, documentation standards, and contractual requirements. Maintain accurate business records, reporting processes, and customer documentation. Promote transparency, accountability, and professionalism across all sales and customer interactions. Ensure ethical business practices and governance excellence within project logistics operations. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, project logistics , or freight forwarding operations Proven experience supporting project logistics , specialized cargo, or multimodal transportation activities Strong understanding of Air & Ocean freight forwarding processes, project cargo operations, and supply chain management Experience managing customer relationships, commercial proposals, and operational coordination activities Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced operational environments Strong customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen.
