Quality Supply Chain & Procurement - Finance Partner

About the role

As a Quality Supply Chain & Procurement - Finance Partner , you will manage and support financial delivery across Haleon's manufacturing network globally, providing financial and business leadership across the Supply Chain. You will work across boundaries to shape the financial strategy that optimizes long‑term value for Haleon and consumers, ensuring cost per unit and cash flow ambitions are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to the Global Supply Chain functions
• Responsible for sign-off of monthly, quarterly, full year profit and loss, and balance sheet reporting and leads target setting, financial update, forecast and plan across the globe and accountable for accuracy of actuals and forecast.
• Work closely across boundaries to drive process improvements to the end-to-end distribution performance on issues in relation to financial reporting.
• Provides finance coaching to the business teams. Works across Finance to develop talent through cross-development opportunities as well as building Finance Partnering Capabilities.
• Active role in the development of end‑to‑end supply chain strategy across the globe, with a focus on profitable, high return on investment growth, optimized distribution models, and improved service, cost, and cash performance.
• Collaborate with the broader Finance team in Supply Chain, Corporate and Finance services to anticipate needs and align on approaches in the fields of accounting policies, finance planning and compliance.
• Sign off the business case financial proposition for CAPEX / OPEX projects making sure there's value delivery embedded
• Qualifications and skills
• Essential
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis and/or finance business partnering, with a strong track record of influencing senior commercial decision‑making.
• Proven end‑to‑end P&L ownership and performance management experience within complex, matrixed organisations.
• Strong financial expertise across analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning, modelling, and senior‑level decision support.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, and influencing capability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Recognised as a subject‑matter expert within own discipline ideally within FMCG or similarly complex industries.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently, contribute to strategic decisions within area of expertise, and lead or support projects as a best‑practice resource.
