About the role

This three-bed residential home provides care for young people with learning difficulties and emotional and behavioural needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in leading a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care, and helping young people thrive in a safe, nurturing environment What will your responsibilities be?
