This three-bed residential home provides care for young people with learning difficulties and emotional and behavioural needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in leading a team of support staff, ensuring high standards of care, and helping young people thrive in a safe, nurturing environment What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Support the management team in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers Ensure safeguarding and regulatory compliance (Children's Homes Regulations 2015) Promote a culture of emotional warmth and trauma-informed care Build strong, empathetic relationships with young people, families, and professionals Participate in daily routines, activities, and reflective practice Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
