We are looking for an IT Recruitment Stream Lead to lead our System Analysis and AI/ML hiring streams . In this role, you'll combine hands-on recruitment expertise with team leadership, partnering closely with Engineering leaders to build strong hiring strategies, improve recruitment processes, and help your recruiters deliver exceptional results. Challenges that await you: Lead and develop a team of 2 IT Recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback Own hiring delivery across the System Analysis and AI/ML streams and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
