Responsibilities
- Lead by example, delivering efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service to all guests.
- Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality service standards are consistently met.
- Complete the Daily Running Sheet and communicate effectively across all lounge areas, including Qantas staff.
- Report staff sickness, absences, punctuality, and other HR matters to the Lounge and T&C Manager.

- Uphold food hygiene and presentation standards in accordance with council/legislative regulations and the Qantas Food Safety Plan.

- In this role it is required to have the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable your work in the Airport. You must also have Australian working rights to be considered for this role.
- Your experience and skills include:
- A passion for people and developing the next generation of hospitality leaders.
- Proven experience managing large teams within hotels or similar environments.
- Ability to support, guide, and motivate team members to meet operational expectations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in hospitality or a related field are preferred.
- Experience with Ento, Intelex, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Confident, professional, and approachable, with excellent people skills.
