IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and service requests
• Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoints, M365, networking, and business applications
• Build, configure, and support laptops and user devices
• Administer Active Directory and user access
• Support onboarding/offboarding and permissions management
• Contribute to security compliance (e.g. Cyber Essentials, vulnerability remediation)
• Support infrastructure operations
• Assist with large-scale IT projects (office moves, migrations, system deployments)
• Follow and support change control processes
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Identify and implement service improvements and automation opportunities
• On-Call support participation
• Experience in an IT support or systems administration role (ideally 3+ years)
• Proven experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365 services
• Relevant industry certifications (desirable), e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA,
• Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments (incident, change, and problem management)
