About the role

Bega Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to shape and scale a rapidly growing Third-Party Manufacturing function within our Retail Sales, Marketing & Partnerships team. Reporting into our Head of Third-Party Manufacturing Procurement, you will manage external manufacturing partners to deliver against strategic growth, operational and commercial targets, ensuring continuity of supply in a high-demand environment With demand increasing significantly, you'll navigate both BAU and NPD activities while supporting expansion into new suppliers and capabilities. You will lead supplier negotiations, manage contracts and performance, and identify opportunities to optimise cost, capacity and capability. This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical understanding and the confidence to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving space. Based in Melbourne, you'll play a key role in enabling growth, partnering closely with marketing, procurement, supply and key stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and end‑to‑end management of TPMs to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations
  • Own supplier contracts, driving negotiations to secure strong commercial outcomes and ensure full compliance
  • Analyse data and sourcing options to deliver clear, strategic recommendations on TPM solutions
  • Build strong stakeholder engagement internally and externally through proactive communication, workshops, and alignment activities
  • Oversee TPM performance, maintaining governance rhythms, reporting, and KPIs to drive accountability and results
