Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and continuously motivating the team to achieve high standards of service. Oversee the completion of daily tasks, ensuring they are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Shift Details (subject to change): This role operates on a rotating roster, including a mix of AM, PM shifts To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; prior supervisory experience is highly regarded. Extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties. Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting the high standards of the organisation.
