Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end sales operations process, from quote creation through closed-won, ensuring the revenue engine runs efficiently and predictably day to day.
  • Identify and eliminate manual bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash process by designing and deploying intelligent automation and AI agents to handle routine pricing approvals and non-standard contract routing.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics to proactively surface deal risks and pipeline inefficiencies, moving beyond manual reporting to predictive, insight-led forecasting.
  • Audit existing sales workflows to identify 'administrative tax'-manual tasks that can be offloaded to AI agents.
  • Lead Deal Desk support, serving as the primary point of contact for the sales team on deal structuring, pricing approvals, non-standard terms, and quote-to-close escalations.
  • Design and run the renewals management process, tracking upcoming renewals, coordinating with sales and customer success, and minimizing churn and revenue leakage.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, proactively identifying friction points in the revenue cycle and recommending structural changes to improve sales velocity and conversion rates.
  • Conduct closed-won analysis to identify trends in deal velocity, win rates, discounting, and deal composition, translating findings into process and pricing recommendations.
  • Manage software and entitlement provisioning, ensuring customers receive correct access and licenses promptly upon closed-won in line with their contracted terms.
  • Document and map all core revenue operations processes, creating clear, repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and workflows that scale with the business.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal to align operational processes, resolve handoff gaps, and drive continuous improvement across the revenue cycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience administering CRM systems, including deal pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
  • Direct experience with administering CPQ platforms for quoting and order management (DealHub experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools to enrich sales data, automate meeting intelligence, and streamline pipeline management, and enforce deal hygiene.
  • Experience using workflow orchestration tools like Workato, Zapier, or native AI-agent frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing renewals processes end to end, with a track record of reducing churn and protecting recurring revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the full quote-to-cash and deal lifecycle, including pricing, approvals, contracting, and provisioning.
  • Success communicating cross-functionally with global stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal located in different geographical locations.
  • Excellent documentation and process-mapping skills, with the ability to turn complex workflows into clear, repeatable SOPs and playbooks.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with pipeline and revenue data to surface insights and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Legal.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and operational rigor.
