WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role will be leaned on as the functional expert within Retail Operations for the use of the scheduling systems, managing labor cost to meet payroll budgets and operational assessments. You will be responsible to deliver deep dive analysis, manage workload planning and partner with finance to create store labor budgets. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Labor Specialist . You need to have strong communication skills to become the hub of cross functional work. Leading communication in meetings with teams such as retail team, finance team and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) will be required. To improve areas around labor and operational excellence, we are looking for a candidate who can help us find issues and work on problem solving proactively. Analysing skills and presentation skills are required to convince teams to drive projects and lead changes. This position will require learning towards scheduling and forecasting tools so you will need to have interest towards technology as well. A minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience such as retail management, retail operations analysis, or finance experience & project management Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: High School +3-5 yrs. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint or Keynote, and advanced expertise in Excel. Store management or corporate experience in an operations capacity with general understanding of workforce management solutions (scheduling and forecasting tools). Strong oral and written communications, stakeholder management & influencing skills
