The Lending Servicing Specialist I provides administrative and operational support to the collateral insurance team, ensuring the accuracy of loan documentation and the timely resolution of insurance-related matters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and process weekly reports to resolve outstanding insurance exposures. Communicate with insurance agents via phone, email, and fax to obtain and verify required documentation. Support loan officers and loan assistants with insurance-related inquiries and requests. Research and resolve loan-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with loan policies and procedures by maintaining complete and accurate documentation for internal and external audits. Achieve individual performance goals while contributing to team objectives in a collaborative environment. Demonstrate initiative by independently setting and achieving goals and fostering a positive team environment. Ensure all departmental activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completion of required compliance training. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
