- Participate in testing and validation (e.g., fit-for-use testing)
- Drive continuous improvement of agile processes and delivery
- Training:
- May develop and deliver technical training to the Agilent technical support teams, such as Field Service and Remote Support Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent work experience) required.
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications, certifications, or professional licenses may be required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies and AI tools, such as GitHub and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) within a GMP-regulated environment.

Job Description The Technical Product Owner for Compliance is responsible for defining, refining, and driving the delivery of software solutions that align with customer needs, business objectives and regulatory needs. This role will specifically focus on Authentication and Single sign on, but will support and work on other compliance service also. This role bridges business strategy and engineering execution by translating requirements into actionable development work and ensuring high-quality product delivery. Within the Compliance function there will be a range of service and capabilities being focused on including but not limited to: Authentication, E-Signature, Authorization, Audit trail, DTC, TLS certification and Licensing services. This role will also support the compliance needs of services being delivered by other Core Hub groups.
