  • 1+ year of experience supporting IT operations, service desk, Agile software development, or technology implementation projects.
  • Experience working with Agile or SAFe Agile teams in a technical or operational environment.
  • Familiarity with Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, ITSM processes, and team-based delivery practices.
  • Experience supporting backlog management, sprint planning, or Agile team coordination activities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and support team delivery objectives.
  • Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) environments.

The role is a servant leader and agile coach who guides the team in delivering maximum business value within the Scaled Agile Framework. The ideal candidate will be successful at removing complex roadblocks and issues while facilitating team-level execution, and managing dependencies and risks during PI planning, while remaining aligned with enterprise goals.
