Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains 3D BIM models for HVAC systems using Autodesk Revit in line with project specifications and standards.
- Produces detailed construction drawings, layouts, and schematics (ducting, piping, equipment layouts, sections, and details).
- Provides direct project support and production for assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Ensures all outputs comply with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), and project standards.

- Assists in resolving Revit modeling and coordination issues within the team.
- Supports implementation of BIM standards, libraries, and workflows.
- Contributes to improving model efficiency, accuracy, and data integration.

- Minimum Requirements:

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) for HVAC systems.
- Good understanding of BIM processes, LOD, BEP, and coordination workflows.
- Experience with clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles and relevant codes/standards.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Exposure to international standards and Middle East authority regulations.
