Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or human services field (master's preferred)
- Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license
- Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
