Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS programs, training, and policies to reduce incidents and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative occupational hygiene risk assessments and exposure monitoring.

- Communicate compliance status, KPIs, trends, and key issues to stakeholders.
- Lead or support cross-functional teams to achieve EHS objectives.
- Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact, and implement required updates to ensure compliance.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, and 3-5 years related industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in process safety and process safety management systems is required.
- Training or experience with PHA an advantage
- Working experience as a process/project projects in a chemical or pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
- Experience working within a regulatory environment is required.
- Positive track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal, external clients and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate with peers, and customers, is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate and empathize with peers, supervisors, middle management and vendors to meet the set goals.Personal skills to facilitate the work in cross functional team environment.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, communication skills including English, excellent interpersonal and consulting skills, good organizational and computer skills, and positive customer orientation.
