Admin-Sales Operations Junior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team.
• Process sales orders, quotations, contracts and order bookings accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery updates and enquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse sales data and support sales forecasting.
• Monitor sales pipeline and assist in tracking sales performance.
• Follow up on payment enquiries and outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration or Customer Service is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
