Job Description We are looking for an experienced Hardware Development Engineer for our Sensing, Safety and Industrial Components Business. In this role, you design and develop electromechanical components, primarily in the area of low-voltage switching and protection devices, as well as related accessories. You contribute to technical investigations and feasibility studies for future products and solutions. You report to a local engineering manager but work in an international environment and within international development teams. You work on complex technical challenges that require in-depth analysis and sound engineering judgment. You select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve robust results. You take ownership for a complete product, assembly, or sub-assembly. You are able to see the big picture and understand the interfaces to other systems, products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.
