Job Description Main Responsibilities You will do our payroll processing (weekly, biweekly, and monthly), ensuring accuracy and timely compliance across all cycles. You will ensure that all earnings, deductions, taxes, and contributions (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, FONACOT) are calculated correctly. You will audit and reconcile payroll records across employees, cost centers, legal entities, and locations to ensure full understanding. You will manage and validate payroll CFDI stamping, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We rely on you to ensure all payments follow our internal policies, including vacation, sick leave, absences, PTU, Christmas bonus, settlements, and severance. You will administer and validate payroll incidents and adjustments such as overtime, bonuses, leaves, and deductions. You will implement and review main reconciliations (EBA vs SUA, CFDI vs payroll, accrual vs IMSS payments), ensuring consistency and accuracy. You will manage employee movements with authorities (IDSE), including registrations, terminations, and updates. You will ensure application of INFONAVIT and FONACOT deductions, including any adjustments or clarifications needed. You will help us stay compliant by overseeing tax and social security obligations, including compliance opinions and handling tax assessments. You will support both internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations. You will document processes and contribute to continuous improvement programs that strengthen our operations. You will support and guide team members, sharing your knowledge and helping us grow as a team.
