Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical field preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement
  • Proven experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies
  • Solid proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (SAP experience preferred)
  • Continuous Improvement Certifications
  • SAP

This role leads high-impact initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the facility. You'll also partner cross-functionally to execute the plant's annual operating plan, delivering measurable results through hands-on leadership, data-driven decision-making, and strong engagement on the production floor.
