About the role
As a leading European cybersecurity company, ESET is looking for a senior marketing professional (m/f/n) to drive global demand generation programs and campaign activation for our B2B solutions. Develop strategic concepts and frameworks for demand generation campaigns and translate them into scalable, multi-channel programs Translate product launches and strategic priorities into clear campaign narratives, activation plans, and scalable toolkits based on Product Marketing messaging Brief and guide creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign assets Bring hands-on experience in full-funnel management, with strong understanding of how campaigns drive impact from awareness to pipeline and revenue Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with commercial priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals Apply segmentation, intent data, and vertical approaches to improve targeting and campaign relevance Evaluate campaign performance, gather insights from markets, and continuously optimize frameworks and approaches Introduce campaign programs to regional teams and support market rollout and adoption
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing is a must, ideally in cybersecurity, IT, telecom, or enterprise technology
- Proven experience planning and executing campaigns end-to-end (hands-on execution background required)
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable campaign concepts and frameworks
- Experience working closely with Sales and understanding funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, pipeline, revenue)
- Good understanding of integrated marketing across digital and offline channels
- Familiarity with segmentation, intent data, and account-focused marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional, global environments
- Fluent English (C1; the job operates at a global level).
- Additional Information
- Basic wage component (gross): from 3000 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
