  • A track record of working within a Kanban or Scrum software development framework, with a consistent emphasis on the delivery of business value.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail - the candidate should be adept at methodically dissecting a problem and identifying as well as resolving any contradictions or uncertainties.

An opportunity for an experienced Payments Business Expert to join our real-time payments processing team. We need someone with a detailed real-world understanding of payment systems gained in a bank or similar financial institution. Experience with faster/instant payments is highly desirable. The Business Expert will work in the Scrum Team as a Payment Gateway Product Owner and will take ownership of detailed analysis for specific features of the product. Defining the required functionality will involve liaison with end users, Clearing and Settlement Mechanisms, and other 3rd parties, so the candidate must be client-facing with excellent communication skills. This is an active, hands-on position in a rapidly evolving setting. The ideal candidate will exhibit both initiative and drive, while also maintaining their commitment to teamwork. As a key member of the Digital Payment Assets team, this role is instrumental in advancing the delivery of the roadmap for various Global Payment Assets employed by BRS entities.
