Team Manager - Distribution

In this role, you'll lead a distribution team to deliver outstanding service safely and efficiently to customers, while nurturing a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!

Responsibilities

• Empowering the team through coaching, guidance, and regular feedback
• Coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, reliable delivery
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace
• Building strong relationships to improve processes and customer outcomes
• Monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement

• Experience leading and developing teams in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG settings
• A collaborative, people-focused leadership style that inspires and supports others
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
• Confident communicator who builds positive, trusted relationships
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement
