Understanding on database queries with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Good Communication skills and client interaction with the team. Good knowledge on Business analytical skills and understanding requirements. Experience in Esri ArcGIS Server services and GeoProcessing services development Experience in Spatial DB design, querying databases, building descriptive and cartographically sound maps Expertise in development using ASP.NET MVC, C#.NET, MSSQL, Web services, Windows services, MVC Web API. Extensive experience required in Spatial data migration and in leading Esri product upgrade projects. Strong experience in working as a GIS subject matter expert in setting up a vision for GIS practice In depth understanding RDBMS, geodatabase design, multiuser editing & ArcSDE Administration. Essential Skills : ArcGIS Server for .NET framework, ASP.NET, .NET, SQL
