About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager level) to lead end-to-end HR functions and partner closely with business leaders. Responsibilities

  • Strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture through effective HR initiatives
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and high-quality HR operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive, full-spectrum HR experience , including exposure to senior management engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and payroll platforms (e.g., Info-Tech or equivalent), with the ability to support payroll operations on a short-term basis
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • A people-centric, adaptable, and results-driven approach
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
