We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HR Manager level) to lead end-to-end HR functions and partner closely with business leaders. - Oversee payroll and HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and high-quality HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive, full-spectrum HR experience , including exposure to senior management engagement
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and payroll platforms (e.g., Info-Tech or equivalent), with the ability to support payroll operations on a short-term basis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- A people-centric, adaptable, and results-driven approach
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
