Responsibilities

  • Salary Grade 9: $82,600 - $102,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

With case-related guidance, the Investigator is responsible for their caseload, partnering with school designees throughout the investigative process, conducting legally sufficient investigations, meeting established timelines, and treating all constituents engaged in the complaint process with sensitivity and neutrality. In addition, the Assistant Director conducts annual trainings with key stakeholders around civil rights. JOB DESCRIPTION
