Responsibilities

• As a Professional Learning Consultant, you'll deliver transformative professional learning experiences for district partners, driving instructional excellence and student success.
• In this role you will:
• Partner with educational leaders to create and deliver impactful learning aligned to Edmentum's products and goals
• Facilitate engaging, data-driven training for administrators, coaches, and teachers
• Coach and support educators to elevate instructional practices using Edmentum data
• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful product implementation and outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Manage multiple projects with clarity and precision
• Continuously adapt learning plans to meet evolving district needs

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Education (preferred)
• You bring 5+ years of consulting or edtech implementation experience
• You have experience in K-12 leadership roles
• You are a skilled facilitator and relationship-builder
• You have strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• You communicate persuasively and effectively
• You listen strategically and ask insightful questions
• You identify and advocate for partner needs
• You are knowledgeable about educational trends and requirements
• You analyze data to drive decisions
• You are proficient with web conferencing tools
• You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

• Pay range for this role:
• $80,000 - $90,000 USD
