Job Details Haemonetics is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer based out of its Center of Excellence located in Clinton, PA (Pittsburgh). In this role, you will directly impact product quality, operational efficiency, and new product launches in a highly automated, regulated environment. You will apply advanced technical problem-solving to complex manufacturing challenges. Primary Responsibilities Lead medium to large-scale manufacturing projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while partnering cross-functionally. Ensure production processes and product designs deliver consistent, high-quality output at optimal cost. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, OEE, and assembly methods, ensuring measurable and sustained results. Develop and implement changes to manufacturing processes; support new equipment introductions and drive design-for-manufacturability. Conduct and lead root cause analysis efforts for manufacturing issues. Serve as an escalation path for troubleshooting and repair of industrial automation equipment. Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the manufacturing floor, partnering closely with operators and maintenance to drive performance and reliability. Lead projects on Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and Cost Improvement Projects, 5S, Kaizen events.
