MEP/HVAC Foreman

About the role

Main job responsibilities and daily tasks - Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations activities. Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely. Allocate manpower and assign maintenance tasks based on priorities and work schedules. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other building systems. Ensure all works are carried out according to safety standards, company policies, and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, and material requirements to the Facility Supervisor. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance activities. Maintain daily work records, job completion reports, and attendance of staff. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and client complaints. Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained within the facility. Support AMC works, inspections, and compliance-related activities. Train and guide technicians and workers on proper work procedures and safety practices. Follow up on spare parts availability and material requests for ongoing works. Required qualifications or certifications Diploma or equivalent Experience in the same field 3 to 5 years Knowledge of specific systems Facility management - Maintenance Availability to join - At the earliest Any other points important for the role. Good communication skills. Ability to handle customers professionally and politely. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good team coordination and leadership skills. UAE Driving License Requirement Mandatory Preferred skills or technical knowledge Basic knowledge of computer software.
