Job Description Aquila Nova is looking for a Field Service Technician / Customer Success Engineer to support marine and offshore automation systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with PLC, HMI, and control systems installed on vessels and offshore platforms. Your main responsibilities include installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation systems, as well as supporting customers to ensure systems run reliably. You will also be involved in: Diagnosing and fixing faults in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems Performing system backups, data extraction, and restoration Supporting tank gauging and marine control systems Assisting with system upgrades, retrofits, and commissioning projects Configuring and troubleshooting industrial networks and communication protocols Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers This role includes a customer success function, where you will work closely with clients to: Ensure system uptime and performance Provide basic user training and technical guidance Support long-term system improvements You will travel to shipyards, vessels, and offshore sites for project work and service assignments. Training will be provided, especially for Beijer Electronics systems (Nexto PLC, iX HMI, M-Series).
