About the role

Maintainability & Supportability - Conduct maintainability analysis, including Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), fault isolation, access analysis, and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) architecture assessments. - Support the development of Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA) and Maintenance Manuals (e.g., AMM, CMM). - Contribute to the Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) deliverables. - Work closely with production, customer support, and aftermarket teams to improve maintainability and reduce lifecycle costs. Qualifications - Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in safety, reliability, or maintainability engineering within the aviation or aerospace sector. - Strong knowledge of applicable standards: ARP4761, ARP4754A, CS-29/-27 (or FAR equivalents), MIL-STD-882, MIL-HDBK-217. - Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Relex, Isograph, RAM Com-mander, FMEA software, MATLAB). - Familiarity with DO-178C / DO-254 / DO-160. - Good understanding of aircraft systems, e.g. electrical, avionics, struc-tures, propulsion.
