Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks to support food processing operations, including drying, freezing, grinding, sifting, and packaging.
- Set up, assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment and work areas between production runs.
- Load, unload, transfer, and transport materials and products throughout the production process.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Perform quality checks, including CCP verifications, and report any product or process issues.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and meet production goals.
Requirements
- No experience required, with 3-6 months of production experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills, including the ability to track counts and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive, accountable approach.
- Forklift experience and familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

- Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull equipment and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
- Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, wet, loud, or outdoor environments depending on assignment.

Expected Pay Range: $ 18 .75 - $20.50 per hour Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
